Founder and president of Madarej for Intellectual Property.Has master of science in microbiology and experience in patents since 1991. Was a patent examiner in Saudi Patent Office for 8 years and has particular expertise in drafting patent applications, patent infringement cases, patent information and advising clients on their patent portfolio.Also advises in R&D’s joint research agreements and licensing agreement. Known for being the designer of the first Saudi patent and the first Saudi patent gazette and for being the examiner of the first Saudi patent. Worked for Aramco’s R&D as IP specialist, SABIC’s R&D in patents, patent information, technology intelligence and technology management. Was the director for business development and R&D for Saudi Chemical Company. Was a researcher in the Natural Resources and Environment Research Institute (NRERI). Was inventor's advisor for King Abdulaziz and his Companions' Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (MAWHIBA) and IP advisor for Environment Fund. Mohammed is currently the IP advisor for Ashaya & Alkethami lawyers and legal advisors, for Burgerizzr and the National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (ESTIDAMAH). He also helped some organizations and universities in drafting their IP regulations and polices. He is a certified trainer by Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), Saudi Arabia, and he is a regular speaker in different events. He has two published papers and wrote some articles for different magazines. He also appeared in some TV and radio shows speaking about patent, Intellectual Property and innovation.
